Fiji Prime In Home Care LLC was founded on the belief that compassionate, reliable, and skilled care can transform lives. Built on strong Fijian values of respect, service, and community, Fiji Prime exists to provide exceptional in-home care to individuals and families who need support, comfort, and dependable assistance.

Our story begins with our CEO and Administrator, Titilia Ledua, a proud daughter of the Kadavu Island Group in Fiji. After overcoming personal tragedy and being raised by a strong and inspiring mother, Titilia developed resilience and a heartfelt commitment to serving others. Her early career in the Fiji Police Force and later as a Security and Training Officer with the United Nations allowed her to gain extensive experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of diverse human needs.

When Titilia moved to the United States, she entered the caregiving field with humility, purpose, and unwavering faith. Recognizing both the growing demand for quality in-home care services and the desire within the Fijian community for meaningful work opportunities, she founded Fiji Prime In Home Care—later becoming Fiji Prime In Home Care LLC in 2025.

With many elders still living in her home village, Titilia remains deeply connected to her roots. She regularly calls home to check on their well-being and often sends whatever is needed to help make their lives more comfortable. With her own elderly mother back in Fiji, she understands the emotional and practical needs of seniors on a personal level. Although she cannot be physically present to care for her mother year-round, she finds comfort and purpose in caring for the elders she serves here—offering them the same compassion, respect, and attention she wishes she could give her mother every day..

Today, Fiji Prime continues to grow with a dedicated team of trusted caregivers and highly reliable office staff. We take pride in maintaining a reputation for professionalism, cultural warmth, and excellence in care. Every member of our team is committed to delivering high-quality service that honors our clients’ dignity, independence, and well-being.

Field Supervisor 

Hailing from the “Hidden Paradise” of Fiji, Marcy—known affectionately by clients and caregivers alike—brings extensive knowledge and experience in customer care and administration. When she arrived in the United States, she stepped into the caregiving world with little idea of what to expect, guided only by her heart and the values she was raised with: respect, compassion, and caring for elders.

Her natural empathy and sympathy made caregiving not only meaningful but seamless. With time, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, Marcy transitioned into the administrative and supervisory field, where she now plays a vital role in daily operations. She works closely with both clients and caregivers, managing schedules, conducting assessments, handling last-minute changes, and ensuring smooth communication across the team.

For Marcy, there is no such thing as a “day off” when it comes to caring for others. Her love for her work and her strong sense of responsibility make even the busiest days feel manageable. Her dedication, reliability, and warm approach continue to make her an invaluable part of the Fiji Prime In Home Care family.

Office Manager / Assistant Training Office 

Commonly known as Nisha, he has lived in the United States for over 16 years. He first settled in Hawaii before moving to the mainland and establishing himself in California. With experience in a wide range of fields throughout his career, Nisha has become a valuable asset to the Fiji Prime In Home Care family.

As Office Manager, Nisha handles a variety of responsibilities—including caregiver walk-ins, client inquiries, and daily administrative needs—with ease and professionalism. His ability to multitask and keep operations running smoothly makes him an essential part of the team.

Hailing from the Hidden Paradise of Fiji, Nisha is known for his sense of humor, warm personality, and natural hospitality, earning the admiration of both clients and caregivers. With an elderly mother back home in Fiji, he understands firsthand the importance of reliable, compassionate care. His love and commitment to caring for his own mother strengthen his connection to the seniors he helps serve here, allowing him to relate deeply and empathetically to the families we support.

Human Resources Manager – Assistant Training Officer

Mateo hails from the highlands of Fiji, from the chiefly village of Naqali in Naitasiri, and shares maternal ties to Taveuni. Bringing with him a strong administrative background, Mateo has served in the Fiji Military Forces,  the Fiji Corrections Service and the National Fire Authority, contributing significantly through his skills, discipline, and professionalism.

His experience within disciplined forces has shaped his understanding of the importance of punctuality, effective communication, accountability, and consistent work ethic. Equipped with a solid Human Resources background, Mateo supports our staff with confidence and clarity—reminding them of their roles, guiding them through policies, and ensuring alignment with company standards.

Mateo’s youthful energy, sharp mind, and modern approach help keep our administrative operations running smoothly. He ensures tasks are completed efficiently and that the organization stays on track with its HR responsibilities and documentation. His guidance on handling various workplace scenarios is always valuable, practical, and grounded in experience.
